Settlement - XCEL Premium Motor Oil
If you purchased XCEL Premium motor oil between December 1, 2014 and October 11, 2019 then you may qualify for financial compensation from their recent settlement
There is a limit of one Claim Form per household, and, if you do not have a receipt evidencing purchase, there is a limit of $2.00 per quart, up to a maximum of three (3) quarts purchased. If you do have receipts evidencing purchases, there is a limit of the actual purchase price up to $5.00 per quart with a four (4) quart maximum.
*The Claim Form must be completed, verified, and submitted online OR completed, signed, and postmarked on or before February 12, 2020.
