We soak up our own culture every day, but museums give us a good look at our roots. If you're a member of Bank of America, you can enjoy certain sights and exhibits for free.
You’ll look at many factors when you choose a bank, and one you’ll consider is the type of perks they give you for joining the banking family. Bank of America’s Museums on Us program is a unique campaign that gives cardholders free access to museums and exhibits in their area. The idea is to encourage people to look deeper into American culture with these fun and entertaining freebies.
How to Qualify and When to Go
If you have an active Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, or U.S. Trust credit or debit card, you’re eligible to get in on the freebies! Just present your active card and a photo ID when you arrive. Unfortunately, this applies to cardholders only, so your guests will need to pay to enter if they don’t have active cards of their own. Cardholders with valid ID get free admission during the first full weekend of each month.
Why Art and Museums?
Bank of America believes that museums and art conservation matter. We’re too quick to bury our rich history with our chaotic present, and it’s not often enough that we find the time to delve into the past. Art and history are crucial to our culture and identity, and being a cardholder with Bank of America lets you see both up close.
