First, let us thank you for considering joining! Now let’s start the process to satisfy more of what you Crave. Opt-in to CRAVER NATION REWARDS™ by downloading the White Castle App, and ensure you have the most up to date version on your mobile device. The App is available on iOS and Android. Once you have the App, you will need to set your location services in the App to either "Always On" or "While Using App". Then, when you are in a participating White Castle restaurant (“Castle”) area, a blue "Join CRAVER NATION REWARDS™" banner will appear on your App homepage. Click on the banner which will prompt you to create an account and join!

CRAVER NATION REWARDS™ members will earn 5 Points for every $1 of qualifying purchases. Qualifying purchases only include the net U.S. Dollar amount spent on orders you complete through the App, on Whitecastle.com, or at a Castle, when you identify your Rewards account at the time of purchase. Please note, orders placed through a 3rd party delivery service are not qualifying purchases.

Cravers must scan their loyalty barcode (or provide alternative ID/phone number) when ordering and paying for their purchase at a Castle. Orders which are placed through a Craver’s account on our App will earn Points automatically. Cravers can also earn Points by completing certain Quests within each Level.

Cravers will earn 5 Points for every $1 of qualifying purchases. Points may be earned in fractional Dollar amounts depending on the value of your qualifying purchase. For example, a $1.20 qualifying purchase will result in 6 Points and a $1.80 qualifying purchase will result in 9 Points. Taxes, added fees (like delivery fees), and tips are not eligible to earn Points.

Points can be earned on merchandise and gift cards purchased at a participating Castle. Points will not be earned on purchases made at the White Castle online store: houseofcrave.com.

Unfortunately, no. To receive Points for your purchase, please scan your loyalty barcode at the participating Castle, or otherwise complete a mobile order through our App to automatically earn Points for your purchase.

Yes - all Points expire each year on your Anniversary Date (one year from the calendar date you signed up). For example, if you earn Points the day before your Anniversary Date, those Points will also expire the next day on your Anniversary Date.

CRAVER NATION REWARDS™ members can complete Quests, which are predetermined tasks created for Cravers to complete, at their option. For example, a Quest may require a Craver to visit a participating Castle during late night hours, try a new menu item, or fill out a survey. Completing a Quest may result in earning Points, a Reward, a Badge or other fun perks. Rewards, Points and Badges are different, depending on the Quest.

As Points are earned, Cravers will progress through 3 levels unlocking new Quests, Offers, and Badges at each level. Levels are unlocked once a Craver achieves a certain number of Points: Adventure: Starting Level Champion: 300 Points Legend: 600 Points

Rewards are earned by completing Quests. Depending on the Quest, Rewards may come in the form of Points, Offers, or other fun perks. A typical Offer includes, but is not limited to, discounts on orders or free menu items.

Points are generally added to and visible in your Rewards Account in the App within two business days of earning the Points. If you are not seeing Points for your most recent qualifying order, please contact us at Loyalsup@whitecastle.com. Be sure you have your receipt handy to provide details we’ll require about the order.

Yes, Offers within CRAVER NATION® Rewards will specify whether they can be redeemed through a mobile account with the App or At-Castle. Mobile Offers can only be redeemed by ordering through the App. At-Castle Offers can only be redeemed when you place an order at a Castle drive-thru or at the counter inside and properly identify your Rewards Account and the Offer at the time of purchase.

When you select the Offer you’d like to redeem, it will take you through the process to add the item to your Sack. Once you’ve added it to your Sack, the discount will automatically be applied to your mobile order. Complete the checkout for your order through the App & head to your selected Castle to pick up your order!

Yes, offers within CRAVER NATION REWARDS™ will specify whether they can be redeemed In-App or At-Castle. In-App offers can only be redeemed by ordering through the App. At-Castle offers can only be redeemed when you are at a Castle in Drive Thru or in the Dining Room.

Your offer could be locked for two reasons:

It is a repeating offer, but only every "x" amount of days. It will be unlocked when the time from your first use to the second use has passed.
An offer is set to only be used during a certain time or day. On the day or time it can be redeemed, it will be unlocked and in color.

Rewards are earned by completing Quests. Exclusive offers are separate offers made available to all CRAVER NATION REWARDS™ members through the App, focusing on our seasonal promotions.

You may only redeem one Offer per person, per visit unless the Offer specifies otherwise. Offers cannot be combined with other discounts of any kind.
