After confirming the information and that the criteria have been met, you will be notified by email and your kit will be shipped to you. Requests typically take 5-7 days from approval but can take longer during busy times of the year.

Only children who are battling cancer are eligible to receive a free Monkey In My Chair kit. We reserve the right to seek approval of the request from the hospital and may refrain from fulfilling requests we feel are Illegitimate.
